Rebalancing summary
The cash needed figure is measured from your current holdings, including any cash you enter above. A positive trade is a purchase; a negative trade is a sale. Cash-only purchases never sell a holding.

How it works›
Targets, contributions and sales. Exact trades bring each holding to its target share of the portfolio after new cash. The cash-only alternative allocates the deposit in proportion to positive target shortfalls; it may leave drift. Integer-cent allocation preserves the entered budget. No prices, tax lots, realized gains, trading fees or orders are modeled. Consider those costs before acting. The no-sale cash threshold assumes unchanged prices and can be impossible for a funded holding whose target is zero.SEC: asset allocation and rebalancing
